What we do

The Service for Combating Racism (SCRA) plans, develops, launches and supports measures to prevent racism in many areas of everyday life.

Protecting people from discrimination and the necessary awareness-raising work are cross-cutting tasks that must be performed within the existing competent structures.

The Service works closely with the relevant agencies at federal, cantonal, city and communal level, and also collaborates with civil society organisations.

Projects are carried out in close cooperation with the other competent bodies in order to achieve the greatest possible impact.
